How we work
Three ways to work with us, and one way of working.
Whether you hire us for a single build, a standing team or the care of software that is already live, you get the same things: a written plan, weekly demos, direct access to the people doing the work, and code in your repository.
ABuild it with us
A full project
You have a product, platform or app in mind, from a lean MVP to a complete system. We scope it on a free call, agree a plan and a quote in writing, and build it in weekly demos.
Good for: New products, rebuilds, MVPs, mobile apps, AI features, websites.

BExtend yours
A dedicated team
You have a roadmap that keeps growing. Engineers plug into your repo, tracker and chat on a monthly plan, from a part-time lead up to a full squad with QA and design.
Good for: Ongoing product work, scaling a team, specialist skills.

CKeep it healthy
Ongoing care
Your software is live and has to stay that way. A monthly retainer covers monitoring, security updates, bug fixes and small improvements, for code we wrote or code we inherited.
Good for: Live sites, apps and platforms that cannot go down.
About maintenanceHow a project starts
The first month, step by step.
Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute call. Here is what happens after it.
- 01
A 30-minute call
Tell us what you are building. We say honestly whether we would build it, and how we would start small.
- 02
A written plan
Scope, phases, timeline and quote in writing, usually within two or three working days. Nothing starts before you are happy with it.
- 03
Build in weekly demos
You see working software every week on a staging link, and every commit lands in a repository you own.
- 04
Launch, then stay or leave
Production deploy, documentation and access. Keep us on for maintenance or the next phase, or take it all in-house.
FAQ
Questions people ask before they book
Scope, ownership, timelines and what happens after launch.
Still have a question? Ask on WhatsApp and we will answer directly.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Websites, web apps, mobile apps, AI products and automation, MVPs and full products, plus maintenance and dedicated engineering teams. If it is software, tell us what you are building and we will say honestly whether we are the right team.
How much does a project cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so we do not publish a price list. After a free 30-minute scoping call we send a written plan and quote. MVPs, full products, dedicated teams and maintenance retainers are each quoted to fit, with no hidden extras.
What do I get from the free call?
We ask about the product or workflow, tell you whether and how we would build it, and recommend the smallest scope that proves the idea. If we are not the right team, we say so.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Code lives in your repository and your cloud accounts, with documentation for whoever maintains it next.
How long does it take?
A focused MVP is typically four to six weeks, a mobile app two to four months, and larger products are planned in phases. You get dates in the proposal and a working demo every week.
Which time zones do you work in?
We are based in Pakistan (UTC+5). That means a full working-day overlap with the Gulf, strong overlap with Europe in your morning, and an evening overlap with North America. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Do you use AI to write code, and does that affect quality?
Yes, we use AI-assisted tools to move faster, and every change is still reviewed and tested by an engineer. The aim is shorter timelines and better work, not a lower bar.
What happens after launch?
Fixes for what we shipped are covered for 30 days. After that you can keep us on a monthly maintenance plan, bring in a dedicated team for the next phase, or take everything and walk away with documented code.
Start a project
Not sure which fits? Start with a call.
Tell us where you are and what you are trying to achieve. We will recommend the smallest next step, even if that is not us.
Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM PKT (UTC+5). NDA on request.
